As a multi-award-nominated salon owner and accredited educator, she’s dedicated to delivering not just flawless results, but meaningful experiences—through training, services, and products. Led by founder Madelyn, Confidence & Co has experienced significant growth in the last 5 years. With a talented team of lash artists, beauty professionals, and administration, our vision has expanded far beyond lashes — we’re building a supportive, empowering workplace where diversity, skill, and opportunity are celebrated.
