Welcome to Confidence & Co - I’m Madelyn, founder of Confidence Lashes and Beauty and Confidence Co Supplies. What started as frustration with poor training standards and inconsistent product quality has grown into a mission to reshape the lash industry. We’re here to make lashing easier, safer, and more successful for artists at every stage of their journey.

Since taking the leap into my first salon in 2022, we’ve expanded into a large commercial space, now home to a thriving team of lash artists and several independent beauty businesses. Our space is welcoming, fun, and designed to support both artists and clients who walk through our doors.

With over six years of industry experience, I’m proud to train the next generation of lash artists using products I’ve personally sourced, tested, and trusted. Only the highest-quality supplies make it into our salon and academy — because excellence isn’t just our standard, it’s our promise.
